New Bed for Evan

Evan loves his new big boy bed. I think he's been sleeping better now that he has big covers that keep him relatively stationary. Before he had this bed he wouldn't use a big pillow, but now he loves it. He still sleepS with Puppy the dog, Ron the stuffed little bear and Panda the...you guessed it...the panda. :) He has been calling all of them his puppies though.

Scooter Fun

Grandma and Grandpa Thompson gave Evan a scooter for Christmas. We didn't really think we'd be able to use it until the spring, but our winter has been so mild, Evan rode it in February. He has ridden it a couple times since these pictures too and is getting quite good at it. He's also been riding his Diego bike and can almost get the pedals working by himself. He's just getting so good at doing so many things!

Gleneden Beach

Tonight we went down to the beach by the resort. We only stayed for 30 minutes or so because it was pretty cold.

Heceta Head Lighthouse

These pictures are taken from a pull out on HWY 101. We didn't take Evan's stroller, so walking to the lighthouse was out of the question this time around. Next time we will definitely do that though. We skipped the Sea Lion Caves because it would have cost 30 bucks, which is way too much. Maybe when Evan is actually interested we'll do that. :)

Cape Foul Weather

We stopped at Cape Foul Weather on our way to Newport. I'm not sure how hard the wind was blowing, but apparently it can blow up to 100 mph here. It was blowing hard enough that I couldn't hold the camera very still, so my pictures are slightly blurry! Crazy.

Playing on the Playground at Tolavona Beach
